We absolutely LOVED our croquembouche!

@ottiandolli did an amazing job putting this together and transporting it out to our venue on the day. Our guests were both intrigued and impressed by it visually, and then ate the whole thing because it was SO delicious. Our venue staff commented they'd never seen wedding "cake" disappear so quickly!
